We take complete care in handling clothes, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage (including, without limitation), any colour loss, shrinkage or other damage, resulting from the following:

• Failure to notify us of any special requirements or instructions for cleaning the garment.
• The fact that the Item has no label indicating cleaning instructions.
• Any existing damage to the Item at the time of collection.
• Any extraneous or hazardous thing left in or on the Item, e.g., pins, Jewellery, coins, pens, buttons or embellishments, etc.
• Accessories attached to or contained within any item cleaned by the company.
• Accessories include but are not limited to belt buckles, buttons, and zips, painted logos/signs.
• Silk clothes prone to colour loss Caused by ink marks left behind by the poly-marking label system.
• Faulty adhesives which mark off on the garment during processing.
• Pickup and Delivery charges applicable.
